Job summary

Explore Learning is seeking a proactive Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving North London centre. You will work with the Centre Manager to grow membership, manage staff efficiency, and ensure exceptional service for families.

You’ll lead, coach and develop your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences while safeguarding every child in your care. The role combines educational leadership with operational excellence and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop a team.
• Excellent communication with families and local partners.
