Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use KPIs and performance data to drive results.
• Strong leadership, coaching and development skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and Ofsted/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of centre performance and profitability.
• Drive membership growth and revenue management.
• Coach and develop supervisors and tutors.

• Safeguard every child and ensure compliance.
• Oversee daily operations and centre communications.
