Explore Learning is seeking an inspiring supervisor to support daily operations at a thriving education centre in the UK. You will work with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors, drive membership growth, and deliver exceptional service for families from enquiry to progress.

You’ll mentor staff, ensure safeguarding, and foster a positive learning environment while developing your career in educational leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to education and child development.
• Ability to lead and develop a Tutor team and deliver excellent family experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement with families and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Tutor team to deliver high-quality maths and English learning.
• Drive centre growth through community engagement and partnerships.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth centre running.
• Manage member enquiries and deliver outstanding first-contact experiences.
• Champion safeguarding and child wellbeing in all activities.
