Job summary

Explore Learning is seeking a confident, people-first leader to run one of its education centres in Greater Manchester. You will own service delivery, member acquisition, team culture and centre growth, building a high-performing environment where children thrive and families trust the centre.

You will coach a supervisor and tutors, manage day-to-day operations, safeguard every child in your care, and drive membership growth through community engagement and events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use data/KPIs to drive centre performance.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Own overall centre profitability, revenue management and growth.
• Lead, coach and develop the supervisor and tutors team.
• Drive membership growth through community engagement and marketing events.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience from inquiry to progress.
