Explore Learning is seeking a confident centre leader in West Yorkshire to run a full-time educational centre. You will own service delivery, new member acquisition, and team culture to deliver measurable centre growth.

You will lead a supervisor and tutors, use data to drive results, and safeguard every child. The role includes community engagement, marketing events, and day‑to‑day operations to ensure a thriving learning environment.

• Lead, coach, and develop a supervisor and tutors.

• Safeguard every child and ensure Ofsted and company compliance.
• Drive membership growth through community engagement and events.
• Deliver outstanding family experiences from enquiry to progress.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations to run the centre smoothly.
