Job summary

Explore Learning Ltd is seeking an inspiring, proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre in Chelmsford. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow your centre through new member acquisition while delivering exceptional service for families.

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving membership growth, managing operations, developing tutors, and safeguarding children.

• Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
• Maximising profitability through debt and revenue management and optimising staff efficiency
• Delivering excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently
• Leading, coaching and developing your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members
• Championing safeguarding by prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care
