Job summary

Explore Learning in Swindon is seeking an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow your centre through new member acquisition and delivering exceptional service for families.

You’ll balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence, role model excellent tutoring, coach your team, and ensure every family feels welcome and supported.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events.
• Maximise profitability through debt and revenue management and optimising staff efficiency.
• Deliver excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress.
• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Leading, coaching and developing your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members.
• Champion safeguarding by prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care.
