Chartwells is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to ensure smooth operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week and 43.6 weeks per year. You will lead a frontline team, manage rotas, stock orders, and uphold food hygiene and safety standards while supporting a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team and creating a positive, welcoming environment.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders to maintain correct stock levels.
• Delegating tasks and keeping the team proactive.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
