Job summary

Berkeley Group seeks a skilled Document Controller to support the Regional EDMS Manager in Taplow. You will handle daily document control, system administration and QA across projects, ensuring compliance and standardized processes.

You will lead FieldView and Viewpoint management, provide training, and support project teams with documentation and build evidence. This permanent role includes on-site duties across regional sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control and EDMS environments.
• Experience supporting digital document workflows across multiple projects.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills; good record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and support of FieldView and Viewpoint for Projects.
• Assist with EDMS compliance, system administration, QA, build evidence and reporting.
• Monitor and escalate non‑compliance, support standard workflows and naming conventions.
• Deliver FieldView and Viewpoint onboarding, training and user guides.
• Provide on-site support and access management across regional sites.
