Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Document Controller to join our South West team, with site attendance three days per week. The role includes configuring and managing CDE/EDMS, supporting project teams and ensuring compliant documentation workflows.

You will administer Asite or comparable platforms, deliver training, and generate KPI reports that track efficiency and quality of output.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of document control experience.
• Proficient with Asite or similar CDE/EDMS platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and day‑to‑day manage CDE/EDMS systems.
• Serve as main contact for CDE-related queries.
• Organise and deliver training on file naming and processes.
• Develop user guides and training materials.
• Produce weekly KPI reports and QA checks.
