Job summary

Berkeley Group Plc seeks a capable Document Controller to support the Regional EDMS Manager across projects in Taplow. You will handle the day-to-day administration of EDMS, FieldView and Viewpoint, ensuring documentation is accurate, organized, accessible and controlled.

You will train users, create guides, and provide on-site support to project teams, helping standardize processes and maintain build evidence. This role requires a meticulous approach and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control environments and digital workflows.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with good record-keeping.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train users and provide system guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional EDMS Manager with compliance requirements.
• Manage and maintain project information in FieldView and Viewpoint.
• Provide onboarding, demonstrations and training to users.
• Monitor system usage and identify opportunities for process improvement.
