Responsibilities

• Produce weekly sales reports, analysing pipeline health, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Maintain CRM data quality and governance, working closely with regional sales teams and IT.
• Manage and optimise the partner portal, supporting partner engagement and performance.
• Monitor and track sales demonstration equipment and associated assets.
• Maintain SharePoint and internal knowledge management systems.
• Support the implementation of sales methodologies and ensure these are embedded into business systems.
• Coordinate complex customer compliance requests and questionnaires, working with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and overall sales effectiveness.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support commercial decision-making.
