• Experience in coordinating equality, diversity and staff wellbeing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination and delivery of college-wide EDI and wellbeing programmes.
• Engage staff directly and coordinate EDI Champions across the college.
• Plan and facilitate Strategic EDI Group meetings.
• Oversee staff reward, recognition and benefits schemes and ensure fairness and transparency.
• Organise staff events and campaigns to foster inclusion and engagement.
• Design and deliver EDI and wellbeing training with Learning & Development partners.
