Job summary

UK Atomic Energy Authority seeks an EDI and Wellbeing Advisor to coordinate inclusive programmes and wellbeing initiatives. You will turn plans into engaging campaigns and practical actions, working across the organisation.

You’ll manage calendars, plan events, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. A CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR/EDI experience is required, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and excellent writing and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 qualification or progress towards one, or equivalent experience in HR/EDI/wellbeing roles.
• Experience delivering customer service and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Strong planning, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify issues, solve problems and propose practical solutions.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, and capable of presenting data clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EDI and wellbeing programmes and defined pieces of work.
• Coordinate UKAEA’s annual Wellbeing Calendar with campaigns and events.
• Plan and run EDI, inclusion and wellbeing events and engagement activities.
• Support benchmarking and gather evidence for submissions.
