Job summary

UKAEA is seeking an EDI and Wellbeing Advisor to coordinate and deliver activities supporting equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing priorities. You will work across the organisation to implement plans as campaigns, events and practical initiatives.

Role requires CIPD Level 3 or progress towards, strong customer service, planning, and MS Office skills. Onsite presence is typically 3 days per week with flexible working options where possible.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 qualification, progress towards one, or equivalent HR/EDI/wellbeing experience.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify issues, solve problems and propose practical solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of EDI and wellbeing programmes and definitions.
• Develop and manage annual Wellbeing Calendar and coordinate campaigns and events.
• Plan and deliver EDI, inclusion and wellbeing events and engagement activities.
• Gather evidence for benchmarking and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Produce communications, briefings, and intranet content; liaise with stakeholders.
