Job summary

University of East Anglia (UEA) is seeking a Project Coordinator (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) to join the People and Culture Division. The role supports the development, implementation and evaluation of the University’s EDI Strategy, focusing on staff experience, culture, policy deployment and workforce equality.

Responsibilities include leading EDI workstreams, analysing data, drafting guidance and delivering workshops to drive inclusive leadership and organisational change in a complex

Qualifications

• Identify and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to support EDI initiatives.
• Communicate findings clearly to varied audiences and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and engagement activities to enable inclusive leadership and culture change.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams across institutional EDI programmes and action plans.
• Analyse workforce equality data and produce reports, briefings and recommendations.
• Develop and implement policies, guidance and Equality Impact Assessments.
• Provide specialist advice on equality legislation and inclusive practice.
