Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on Relativity experience, supporting live eDisclosure projects.
• Familiarity with at least one other review platform is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of data management and GDPR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical assistance addressing queries and resolving technical issues.
• Co-ordinate projects ensuring timely and accurate project delivery.
• Maintain accurate case notes, workflow documentation, and technical records for compliance.
