Position: Senior Night Concierge

Location: Hollandgreen

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days 1900 - 0700

Salary: £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:

This role will be based at a luxury residential development, located in the heart of Kensington, adjacent to the Design Museum. Consisting of 58 residential apartments, the site benefits from several facilities such as a pool, gym, car park, and cinema.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
• Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
• Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
• Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
• Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
• Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
• To be a main point of contact, be responsible for quality customer service for residents and guests, handling day-to-day matters in a prompt and professional manner.
• Manage onsite staff on behalf of the Resident Services Manager, overseeing the day-to-day matters of the development, ensuring that high standards of quality customer service are maintained for residents and guests.
• To carry out security inspections and operations as required.
• To conduct the required health and safety inspections and activities to assist in keeping the development and workplace a safe environment for all.
