The Day Concierge will focus on the day-to-day residents and guests of One Carrington delivering duties to an exceptional standard. The Day Concierge will be one of the first points of contact, greeting residents and their guests upon arrival, managing all telephone/intercom calls and emails to the concierge desk. You will direct, co-ordinate and plan essential central services such as guest arrivals, deliveries, post, move-in bookings, housekeeping, security, waste disposal and recycling, to ensure integration is seamless and a consistent vision is delivered. You will assist with ad-hoc resident requests such as transportation bookings, restaurant bookings, theatre bookings and dry-cleaning requests. You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests.

Alongside the Estate Director, you will ensure the multiple service elements operate effectively to create a seamless one-team approach. You will focus on building owner loyalty through proactive communications, setting and managing expectations and delivering results. You will be an ambassador for the brand and the development.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years hospitality experience as a concierge within London super-prime, residential schemes.
• Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
• Must be service driven, understand the importance of going the 'extra mile'.
• Experience serving UHNWIs.
• Good knowledge of Central London and surrounding local area.
• High standard of written and spoken English, additional language skills beneficial.
• Must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as to build and develop positive working relationships with residents and the team.
• Wear correct uniform at all times and maintain impeccable standards of appearance, personal hygiene, behaviour and discipline.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
