Live-in Housekeeper / House Manager Job, Weybridge, Surrey

We have a great position for a senior, self-motivated, and professional housekeeper to take care of a semi-formal private home in Weybridge. The ideal candidate must manage their own time well, as this home is often used as a part-time residence. The main principal travels frequently; however, family members also use the property occasionally. Other staff members, such as a chef and driver, are employed when the principal is present.

Duties include:

1. Daily housekeeping
2. Laundry, linen, and ironing
3. Seasonal changes
4. Organizing the home
5. Monitoring maintenance issues
6. Liaising with the management company
7. Security and ensuring alarm systems are operational
8. Driving (a car can be provided; driver preferred but not essential)

This position is ideal for a candidate with initiative, common sense, and a positive attitude.

Start date: As soon as possible

Working week: 5 days

Working hours: 45 hours per week, flexible when the principal is residence

Accommodation: A self-contained apartment within the main house

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000, negotiable for the right candidate
