Role: Commercial Asset Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Asset Manager to oversee and optimize the profitability of our client's operational assets. You will ensure capital projects are delivered on time and within budget, track operational excellence initiatives, and oversee revenue streams, including subsidies. Additionally, you will drive improvements in cash flow through strategic negotiations with clients and contractors.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and landowners.
  2. Manage transition projects and growth projects.
  3. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments to ensure successful, cost-effective delivery.
  4. Collaborate closely with operational and development teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
