Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Estates / Asset Manager for a well-known Commercial Occupier with a significant property portfolio across the UK. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with comprehensive experience in managing a commercial portfolio, including Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Planning & Development, Asset Strategy, Lettings & Licenses, etc.

This position is home/remote-based but requires coverage of the wider Yorkshire, North East, and Scotland regions. Applicants must be self-motivated, capable of managing their own time, working independently, and regularly visiting sites approximately twice a week.
