Job Description:

Well known Commercial Occupier with a significant property portfolio spanning the UK, requires an experienced Commercial Property Estates / Asset Manager to join the team. This role requires an ideally Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with experience in managing all aspects of a commercial portfolio, including Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Planning & Development, Asset Strategy, Lettings & Licenses, etc.

This role is home/remote based, covering the wider Yorkshire, North East, & Scotland regions. Applicants must be proficient in managing their own time, work independently, and be prepared to visit sites approximately twice a week.
