Job Description:

Well-known commercial occupier with a significant property portfolio across the UK is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Estates / Asset Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with comprehensive experience in managing a commercial portfolio, including rent reviews, lease renewals, planning and development, asset strategy, lettings, and licenses.

This position is home/remote-based but requires coverage of the wider Yorkshire, North East, and Scotland regions. Applicants must be capable of managing their own time, working independently, and maintaining regular communication with the national property team. The role involves site visits approximately twice a week.
