Job Description:

Well-known commercial occupier with a significant property portfolio spanning the UK is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Estates / Asset Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with experience in managing all aspects of a commercial portfolio, including rent reviews, lease renewals, planning & development, asset strategy, lettings, and licenses.

This role is home/remote-based, covering the wider Yorkshire, North East, and Scotland regions. Applicants must be proficient in managing their own time, working independently, and be prepared to visit sites approximately twice a week, with regular communication with the national property team.
