Job Description:

Well known Commercial Occupier with a significant property portfolio spanning the UK is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Estates / Asset Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with experience in managing all aspects of a commercial portfolio, including Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Planning & Development, Asset Strategy, Lettings & Licenses, etc.

This role is home/remote based, covering the wider Yorkshire, North East, and Scotland regions. Applicants must be proficient in managing their own time, working independently, and liaising regularly with the national property team. Travel to site visits is expected approximately twice a week.
