Job Description:

Well-known Commercial Occupier with a significant property portfolio spanning the UK requires an experienced Commercial Property Estates / Asset Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with experience managing all aspects of a commercial portfolio, including Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Planning & Development, Asset Strategy, Lettings, and Licenses.

This role is home/remote based but covers the wider Yorkshire, North East, & Scotland regions. Applicants must be proficient in managing their own time, working independently, and be prepared to visit sites approximately twice a week.
