Job Description:

Well known Commercial Occupier with a significant property portfolio spanning the UK requires an experienced Commercial Property Estates / Asset Manager to join the team. This role ideally suits a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with experience in managing a commercial portfolio, including Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Planning & Development, Asset Strategy, Lettings & Licenses, etc.

The role is home/remote based, covering the wider Yorkshire, North East, and Scotland regions. Applicants must be proficient in managing their own time, working independently, and be willing to visit sites approximately twice a week.
