Job summary

Teleperformance in Glasgow is hiring a Customer Expert to handle inbound calls for Nationwide, focusing on preventing and investigating Economic Crime. The role requires at least 6 months of contact centre experience and offers a full-time, 40-hour per week contract with a start date of 26 October 2026.

Based at the Glasgow Cuprum Building, this position operates 8:00 to 20:00 across seven days. A thorough background check process applies and time-off within the first 8 weeks is restricted.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls on behalf of Nationwide to investigate economic crime and protect the society
• Support customers and internal teams via inbound/outbound calls regarding prevention and investigation
• Make risk-based decisions and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders
• Work within defined timescales and adhere to processes to ensure regulatory compliance
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the Society and Protect teams
• Assist training and guidance for colleagues with specialist knowledge
• Manage team mailboxes and elevate cases per procedures
