Job summary

Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Expert to handle inbound calls for Nationwide. You will deliver exceptional service while conducting investigations into potential economic crime and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires a minimum of 6 months contact centre experience, a 40-hour work week, and shifts from 8:00 to 20:00. This on-site position at the Glasgow Cuprum Building includes a robust background-check process and a starting salary of £26,436.80

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of people.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical, investigative and numerical abilities.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Competent in using different IT systems.
Strong decision-making skills in a reactive environment.

Responsibilities

Undertake investigations across Nationwide Group to protect against Economic Crime.
Support customers and internal teams through inbound and outbound calls for prevention and investigation.
Investigate cases over the phone and provide risk-based documentation to support decisions.
Make independent risk-based decisions and articulate updates to stakeholders.
Adhere to processes to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Build relationships with stakeholders across the Society and Protect teams.
Provide coaching and training to colleagues and manage team mailboxes.
