Job summary

Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Expert to handle inbound calls for Nationwide. The role is on-site at the Glasgow Cuprum Building and requires at least 6 months contact centre experience.

The start date is 26 October 2026 with a full-time role (40 hours per week) and a salary of £26,436.80 per annum. Shifts run 8.00 am–8.00 pm, Monday to Sunday, with strict background checks including right to work, criminal record, and enhanced credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Undertake thorough investigations across Nationwide Group to protect the Society against Economic Crime.
• Execute investigations on Nationwide’s customer base and third party administrators to identify risks.
• Support customers and internal departments via inbound and outbound calls regarding prevention, detection, and investigation of Economic Crime.
• Make independent risk-based decisions and articulate updates to stakeholders.
• Adhere to processes to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
