Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Ecommerce Trading Manager/Optimisation Manager on a permanent or contract basis. Reporting to the Optimisation Lead, you will drive daily commercial performance and onsite execution using our rapid iteration framework.

You will collaborate with Paid Media, CX/Design, Development and Merchandising to maximise sales, conversion, and channel profitability while leveraging CMS/ecommerce platforms and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce trading, merchandising, or analytics.
• Knowledge of CMS/ecommerce platforms (Adobe preferred) and web analytics.
• Familiarity with CDP and HTML/CSS/JS is a plus.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily ecommerce performance across revenue, traffic, conversion, and AOV.
• Lead weekly site updates, banners, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Manage customer journeys and promo plans for profitable sales growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for rapid asset deployment.
