Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks an Ecommerce Trading Manager to drive daily on-site performance and optimize online channels using rapid iteration. You will coordinate with Paid Media, CX/Design, Development, and Merchandising to maximize sales and profitability.

Reporting to the Optimisation Lead, you will translate live metrics into site updates, improve conversion, and manage customer journeys across landing and checkout paths with a focus on rapid, measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce trading, digital merchandising, or analytics.
• Hands-on experience with CMS/ecommerce platforms (ideally Adobe) and web analytics suites (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude).
• CDP familiarity and basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge are pluses.
• High-velocity, fast-paced retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Onsite trading, merchandising & campaign execution.
• Daily trade execution across revenue, web traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and product availability.
• Roadmap, content execution: site updates, banners, landing pages, and campaigns across digital channels.
• Customer journey & promo management across landing pages, category pages, and checkout flows.
• Audience targeting & segmentation using CDP and web analytics.
• Real-time performance monitoring: track live traffic, behavior, and sales to spot opportunities.
• Actionable reporting: synthesize analytics into weekly trade recommendations.
• Platform & data quality: act as CMS/ecommerce/analytics super-user with accurate tagging and data.
• AI & automation: leverage AI to speed decisions and daily reporting.
