Job summary

3Search is seeking an experienced E-commerce Trading Executive to optimise online performance for UK and US markets. Based in London with hybrid working from King’s Cross, you will blend data analysis, digital merchandising and campaign execution to enhance conversion, AOV and the customer experience.

You will own campaigns across Shopify storefronts, update product pages and banners, analyse metrics in Google Analytics and Excel, and collaborate with Product, Web Development and commercial

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in eCommerce trading, digital merchandising or a similar role.
• Experience using Shopify Plus or a comparable eCommerce platform.
• Strong analytical capability with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
• Good understanding of digital merchandising, CRO and online marketing principles.
• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a commercially focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute trading campaigns, promotions and digital content across multiple Shopify storefronts.
• Keep product pages, imagery, banners and merchandising placements accurate and commercially compelling.
• Analyse conversion, AOV, bounce rate and category performance to identify trading opportunities.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure digital touchpoints are updated accurately and on time.
• Support CRO activity, A/B testing, personalisation and website improvements alongside cross-functional teams.
