Job summary

THG Ingenuity Ltd. is seeking an Ecommerce Manager with a commercially driven mindset and strong experience across ecommerce trading, inventory management, visual merchandising, buying and digital marketing.

The role sits within the Ingenuity client services team and carries end-to-end responsibility for ecommerce performance across a client account. You will own the trading calendar, translate product strategy into compelling on-site visuals, monitor stock and sell-through, and coordinate

Qualifications

Proven experience across ecommerce trading, inventory, visual merchandising, buying and digital marketing.
Ability to translate product strategy into on-site merchandising and content.
Excellent stakeholder management across buying, merchandising, operations and marketing.

Responsibilities

Own ecommerce trading performance across key metrics such as conversion, AOV, margin and sell-through.
Build and manage the trading calendar with product launches and promotions.
Analyse stock depth and sell-through to optimise site activity.
Coordinate marketing activity across channels aligned to stock and margin.
Translate product showcases into compelling on-site merchandising.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with buying, category, merchandising and ops.
Present insights to clients and senior stakeholders with clear recommendations.
Own initiatives from planning through delivery and measurement.
