Qualifications

• Significant senior ecommerce experience spanning commercial trading, merchandising and digital marketing.
• Proven experience in inventory-led trading and stock performance management.
• Strong understanding of stock cover, sell-through and inventory depth to inform trading decisions.
• Ability to develop merchandising capability and processes across teams.
• Experience using marketing analytics to optimise performance and CAC.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across ecommerce, merchandising, finance and operations.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership of high-impact initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall ecommerce trading strategy for accounts, with responsibility for revenue, ROAS and margin.
• Lead merchandising and product strategy to align range, launches and stock positions.
• Direct multi-channel marketing strategy across SEO, PPC, CRM and social.
• Own returns performance insights and actions to reduce costs and boost product performance.
• Partner with buying, merchandising and finance to optimise stock, pricing and promotions.
• Lead client relationships, QBRs and strategic planning discussions.
