Job summary

TwinklingTree, in partnership with Puck, is seeking a performance-focused Growth Manager to own the post-click journey for ecommerce. You will shape the offer, write copy, coordinate development and QA, and launch tests using AI-assisted tools.

Expect to run 10+ live tests monthly, drive revenue per visitor improvements, and report learnings weekly. Remote in the UK with a fixed 9am start, this role collaborates directly with founders and a CRO team.

Qualifications

3–6 years in growth, CRO or ecommerce roles.
Proven impact on landing pages, offers or customer journeys you personally improved.
Strong direct-response copywriting and offer-development ability.
Experience designing controlled ecommerce experiments.
Understanding of statistical validity and test duration.
Ability to interpret conversion data and customer behavior.
Experience coordinating developers and QA without formal direct reports.
Strong ownership, urgency, detail and follow-through.
Comfort using AI for research, copy and page creation.

Responsibilities

Own the complete post-click experimentation roadmap.
Conduct customer research using reviews, surveys, heatmaps and session recordings.
Create landing pages, product pages, advertorials and collection experiences.
Optimize cart, checkout, upsell and post-purchase flows.
Develop offers, bundles, pricing, promotions.
Write direct-response copy across ecommerce journeys.
Coordinate with developers and QA through launches.
Track, report and build the experimentation learnings library.
Align paid-social angles with destination pages.
Provide weekly recommendations on what to test, scale, revise or stop.
