Job summary

Twinkl is seeking a Head of Growth Analytics to lead analytics, experimentation and data strategy powering customer acquisition and demand generation. This senior data leadership role shapes how we use data across marketing and defines analytical standards for high-volume campaigns.

You will lead a specialist analytics team, partner with Product and Technology, and deliver measurable commercial value through scalable data pipelines and ethical data practices.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for marketing analytics, experimentation and data.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high performing analytics team.
• Translate complex commercial challenges into clear analytical questions.
• Develop advanced modelling to understand customer acquisition and optimise the full funnel.
• Shape and lead experimentation across marketing campaigns and product development.
• Define technical standards for campaign tracking and data quality.
• Oversee MarTech integration with the wider enterprise data environment.
• Provide senior leaders with clear, actionable performance reporting and insight.
• Use statistical, predictive and optimisation techniques to inform investments.
• Lead relationships with data and technology vendors.
• Partner with Product and Technology to develop scalable data pipelines and architecture.
• Ensure marketing data is managed securely and ethically.
• Take accountability for commercial outcomes and delivery standards.
