Twinkl is building a world-class data function to power its data platform, with a team of 20+ data professionals. You will support growth and funnel strategies through data-driven insights, collaborating with the B2B team to understand objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.

You will analyse user behaviour, measure performance and present actionable recommendations to drive customer value and growth across our subscription business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a data or analytics role in ecommerce or subscription-based business.
• Proven ability to query raw data from analytics platforms and translate it into insights that drive outcomes.
• Proficient in SQL and BigQuery; experience with Looker Studio and Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with Product, Growth and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical focus areas.
• Deliver deep insights and clear recommendations that shape area strategy and drive growth and customer value.
• Identify and monitor KPIs; develop strategies to improve them through data-driven experimentation and optimization.
• Partner with Product Managers and Area Leads to design, prioritise and test new products based on data insights.
• Analyse A/B and multivariate tests to measure impact on acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Support digital analytics tracking by gathering requirements, raising implementation requests and QA.
