Clinical Partners is hiring a Performance Marketing and Growth Manager for a remote role based in the United Kingdom. You will drive high-quality consumer demand for mental health services by aligning marketing channels, digital experience and consumer insight with the research-to-decision journey.

Key focus areas include PPC, SEO and paid media strategy, agency management, and collaboration with Digital, Proposition, Customer Growth and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in performance marketing, PPC and SEO.
• Proven ability to develop acquisition strategies aligned with consumer behavior.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and drive improvements.
• Experience managing external agencies and performance marketing partners.
• Ability to link marketing activity to commercial outcomes like leads and revenue.
• Collaborative across digital, marketing, operational and clinical teams.
• Healthcare or regulated environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and map the consumer journey across research to booking.
• Develop media strategy and allocate budget across channels.
• Own paid search and paid social strategy and optimization.
• Lead SEO roadmap with internal teams and agencies.
• Improve website experience to boost engagement and conversions.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
• Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure results.
