Job summary

Fung Group in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Order Management professional to join a cross-functional team. You will handle order processing, inventory allocation, and retailer communications, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate status updates across marketplaces.

You will work closely with logistics, planning, sales, and data analytics to optimize processes, analyze data, and resolve OM-related issues while maintaining SOPs with 3PL partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in order management, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with ecommerce order management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to timely output.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and manage inventory allocations and feeds to retailers & marketplaces.
• Monitor shipments and respond to order status inquiries from retailers.
• Be the main OM contact for select customer accounts.
• Maintain SOPs with 3PL warehouses and monitor warehouse performance.
