Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Associate to support our growing international operations. You will ensure smooth order flow for B2B and B2C channels, collaborate with our 3PL, internal systems, and cross-functional teams, and troubleshoot exceptions to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will monitor orders in the OMS, verify data across D365, Trello, and WMS, and help with reporting and process improvements.

Formación

• Experience in order management, logistics coordination, or supply chain support.
• Strong attention to detail and organized under pressure.
• Proficient with multiple systems: OMS, WMS, D365, Excel; Trello and Slack a plus.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration in fulfilment, CS, and commercial teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Italian or German a plus depending on location.

Responsabilidades

• Process B2B and B2C orders through the Order Management System.
• Monitor and resolve order exceptions with internal and external teams.
• Verify order data across D365, Trello, and WMS for correct shipments.
• Prioritize urgent or complex orders including promos and high-profile shipments.
• Coordinate with Fulfilment & Returns Manager and 3PL on stock and allocations.
• Support timely processing of customer returns and credits.
• Prepare daily/weekly order flow and dashboards; assist audits.
• Suggest and support process improvements to enhance accuracy and speed.
