Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an Ecommerce Administrator to support the order journey, ensure accurate processing, and maintain high levels of customer service across a growing team. The role focuses on handling incoming and outgoing orders, resolving post-purchase issues, and delivering timely data for reporting and analysis.

You will work with multiple systems, manage order fulfilment, and collaborate with Dispatch and Customer Support to meet customer expectations while adapting to evolving

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT skills and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process orders requiring manual intervention efficiently and accurately using order management systems.
• Deal with orders flagged with issues from Dispatch.
• Deal with delayed orders by liaising with Dispatch.
• Ensure order fulfilment by sourcing product from various sources.
• Process credit-refund requests raised by the Customer Support Team.
• Process credits-refunds from customer returned orders, including warranty returns.
• Contact customers using messaging suites where required.
• Support the Customer Support Team with ad hoc requests.
• Create and maintain reports in Excel.
