Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in Milton Keynes is seeking an eCommerce Order Management Associate to coordinate fulfillment activities, analyze reports, and support the UK/EU warehouse team. The role requires Excel and Shopify experience and strong organizational skills.

It is a full-time on-site position based at 300 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes. You will manage daily order flow from multiple channels, ensure SLA-driven transmission through systems, track orders, and resolve issues in collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, order management or logistics.
• Strong proficiency in order management systems (OMS) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily flow of orders from multiple e-commerce channels.
• Track orders through fulfillment; ensure timely shipping and updates on Shopify.
• Address and resolve order issues, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and delivery to customer.
• Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to monitor stock levels and flag discrepancies.
• Utilize OMS and Shopify to research order issues and validate data flow.
• Generate ad hoc reports on order volume, fulfillment rates and other KPIs.
