Job summary

Henderson Brown is recruiting an experienced Operations Coordinator in Peterborough to join a fast-growing consumer goods business. You will oversee ecommerce fulfilment, picking, packing and dispatch of D2C orders, and play a hands-on role across warehouse activities, inventory control and logistics at a third-party site.

You will work closely with couriers, suppliers and internal teams to maintain service levels, resolve issues quickly and ensure stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, warehouse, logistics or ecommerce fulfilment.
• Hands-on in a warehouse environment with strong organisational skills.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ecommerce fulfilment, including picking, packing and dispatch of D2C orders.
• Hands-on involvement in warehouse activities, inventory control and logistics.
• Coordinate with third-party operator, couriers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain service levels and stock accuracy; resolve issues quickly.
• Identify process improvements and support new product launches.
