Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Digital Trading Specialist in the Greater London area to drive daily website trading, optimise campaigns, and deliver data-driven improvements across online channels.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to analyse performance, coordinate content, and communicate trading strategies that boost conversions and KPIs. This role requires at least 2 years in a digital retail role and fluency in multiple European languages.

Qualifications

• Analytical with strong reporting skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in either French, Dutch, Danish or German (both written and verbal).
• Advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user.
• Experience working within e-commerce platforms.
• Independent, self-motivated, and proactive.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brand.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day trading of a website under the guidance of Trading Manager.
• Manage reporting of daily/weekly/monthly trade and feed into action plans to meet targets.
• Analyse seasonal sales patterns and monitor competitors and customer behaviour.
• Oversee weekly content for site changes, campaigns, promotions and brand updates.
• End-to-end management of all critical paths for campaign and promotional activity.
• Communicate product and trading strategies to digital marketing and optimisation teams.
• Coordinate evergreen and seasonal content to drive SEO and engagement.
• Improve product content and resolve issues to optimise sales.
