Job summary

Bluetree Group is seeking two commercially driven Ecommerce Trading Managers to own the Labels and Large Format categories for Instantprint and Route1Print. You will grow category revenue and margin by leveraging customer insights, market trends, and product performance.

Work across ecommerce, sales, operations, and finance to shape product range, pricing, site experience and marketing. Preference for either Labels or Large Format will be considered based on your strengths.

Qualifications

• Experience in category management, ecommerce, or growth-focused roles.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue and profit growth.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Experience using customer, market and performance data to inform decisions.
• Understanding of pricing, product positioning, and proposition development.
• Experience designing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Experience influencing website or digital trading activity.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership, challenge existing thinking and drive action.
• Experience in print, manufacturing, ecommerce, or Labels/Large Format is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own growth strategy for the chosen category (Labels or Large Format).
• Own category revenue, gross profit, and overall commercial performance.
• Identify customer needs, market trends, and gaps in the product range.
• Develop business cases for new products and category improvements.
• Review pricing, margins, promotions, and profitability.
• Improve product pages, customer journeys and onsite merchandising.
• Design and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and revenue.
• Lead product launches and monitor performance.
• Use data insights to drive growth and corrective actions.
• Collaborate across the business to deliver priorities.
