Bluetree Group, home to instantprint, is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager in the UK. You will own paid search strategy, budget allocation and ROI-driven optimization across multiple product categories.

You will lead GEO initiatives and test new channels, collaborating with analytics, web, and product teams to maximise revenue and margin. The role requires hands-on expertise with Google Ads, SEO alignment, and data-driven decision making in a fast-moving ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid search budgets at scale.
• Knowledge of GEO/AI search visibility and related tooling.
• Strong analytics, attribution and ROI focus.
• Ability to brief dev teams on SEO/technical fixes.
• Experience in ecommerce, preferably multi-category.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, budget allocation and optimisation of paid search across categories.
• Set target ROI and reallocate spend to high-margin activity.
• Develop GEO visibility and AI-driven search initiatives.
• Identify and test new acquisition channels with ROI framework.
• Own performance marketing budget and report ROI to stakeholders.
