The Advocate Group seeks a Senior Ecommerce Director to lead the ecommerce strategy across the UK and Ireland for 15 brands. You will own online growth, shape Brand.com, and manage key retail partnerships to deliver commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Set the overall online strategy across 15 brands.
• Own ecommerce strategy across UK & Ireland.
• Develop the strategy for Brand.com, including defining its purpose and role within the wider ecommerce ecosystem.
• Develop and manage strategies across key retail partners.
• Work with retail partners to optimise brand presence and performance online.
• Define trading strategies and commercial priorities.
• Partner with Elaine to identify the required features, functionality and integrations.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and develop business cases where required.
• Work with Business Operations and Accenture on technology and platform changes.
• Help lead the business through the Shopify replatforming/transformation.
• Create clarity around priorities and ensure the team is focused on the right opportunities.
• Drive growth plans and ensure ecommerce delivers against commercial objectives.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
