Job summary

CVUK Group, a growing beauty and wellness brand, seeks an experienced Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to drive online sales and digital growth. You will own the Shopify DTC channel, manage paid search and social campaigns, and work with agencies to optimise ROAS and CAC.

Qualifications

5+ years of ecommerce trading and digital marketing experience.
Proven Shopify DTC management experience.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and PPC.
Experience with CRM, email marketing and loyalty programs.
Analytical and commercially driven with ability to discuss revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day trading and commercial performance of the Shopify DTC website.
Lead and oversee paid search and paid social campaigns with agencies to drive acquisition and performance.
Brief, manage and challenge external agencies to meet commercial targets.
Monitor ROAS, CAC, marketing budgets and acquisition performance.
Drive growth through CRO, A/B testing, merchandising and site improvements.
Manage ecommerce trading calendar including promotions and product launches.
Oversee CRM, Klaviyo, email marketing and customer retention strategies.
Analyse performance using GA4 and Shopify analytics.
Support sales forecasting, stock availability and promotional planning.
Identify opportunities to increase online revenue, conversion, AOV and profitability.
